OVERVIEW:

	It was Flying Boats and special ships which served as bases on Atlantic.
	
	Flying Boats was specific because it needed a lot of radiocommunication.
	Normal Acfts were very short time in the air, while FB could be 7 days or
	more on voyage with many inter landings (frog leaps). It needed a lot of 
	coordination with lauches, weather services etc... 

	FBs also communicated with coastal stations for radiotelegrams for passengers.
